Handling fees for items sent by regular Australia Post might be 98c. ie. Padded bag - 68c plus the credit card merchant fee - 30c.
When sending the same items via ParcelPost, the cost of the bag is already included in the postage so the handling charge will only be the credit card merchant fee of 30c.
